5 Favorite Classes I've Taken at CU

Hello Everyone!!!

I am so sorry for the large break in posts, I have been absolutely swamped with my LSAT work! I take it in four days...the 11th, EEEEEK! Wow, it's hard to think that after all of this practice ( I have been taking one test per day for the past 4 weeks) it will soon all be over! I am currently suffering from the reality that I am graduating in less than four months and it is all coming WAY TOO QUICKLY! As I need a break from my crazy study schedule I decided to make a list of my top five favorite classes I took at CU (in no particular order).

My Day with Stan Garnett - Boulder's DA

So as many of you know, I am an intern at the Boulder County District Attorney’s office under Stan Garnett. Yesterday, I interviewed him for one of my sociology classes. I know I have posted his web page on my blog but I wanted to give all of you an inside look at his views and how he came about. This is the transcription of my  interview with him.

Did you know on average, college students live a 36 hour day?

It is true that the time divided up for college students to complete the tasks that they are expected to complete is a thirty-six hour day schedule, how insane is that? I know i feel like that a lot of the time when I am trying to get my work done!

IT'S CHOCOLATE WEEK...everyone should celebrate!

After a couple of hectic weeks of midterms and papers I finally got a break and went up to Vail with a couple friends and my cousin who goes to Air Force Academy for his birthday. It was nice to be in Vail Village during the off-season without the extreme crowds of tourists that are normally there in the winter. Getting a break from Boulder was nice for the weekend, especially because it was raining in Boulder all weekend and up in Vail it was gorgeous and sunny and we were able to spend time outside during the changing seasons.
